Toach Terms of Service

Last updated: August 19, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Toach (the “Service”), a household coordination application for sharing tasks and calendars and coordinating meetups, operated by TransformNative LLC (“TransformNative,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Toach helps a household coordinate tasks and chores, pool calendar availability, plan and track meetups, and interact with an AI assistant. Features depend on the services you connect and may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

4. Subscriptions and Billing

5. The AI Assistant

Toach’s assistant does not only answer questions — when you ask it to, it acts on your account. It can create, change and delete calendar events on calendars you have connected, create and assign tasks and chores to members of your household, build plans, and trigger notifications to other members. By using the assistant you authorise it to take those actions on your instruction.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (tasks, messages, uploads, and similar). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your household. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights to share it.

Toach is a shared application by design. Content you contribute to a household — chores, plans, meetup coordination, completion history — is visible to that household’s members, and if you leave the household or delete your account, what you already contributed may remain visible to the remaining members so that shared threads and fairness history stay intact. The Privacy Policy describes this in detail. Do not put anything into a shared household that you would not want the rest of that household to see; use a task marked “Keep it private” for anything you want kept to yourself.

Credits are not money. Credits, prizes and family funds inside Toach are a household’s own scorekeeping. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased from us or exchanged for currency or goods outside your household, are not transferable between households, and may be adjusted or removed by a parent or administrator of your household at any time.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example Google and Microsoft calendars, Apple Sign in and push notifications, and the AI provider). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third parties’ terms and privacy practices, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by the operator and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or redistribute the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated suggestions, time estimates, or reminders will be accurate. You are responsible for verifying important information (such as calendar times and departure alerts).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Settings → Your data → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

13. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Changes will be posted on this page and reflected in the “Last updated” date above; material changes are announced with an in-app notice shown to each user the next time they open Toach. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us (Section 15) and give us thirty days to try to resolve the matter informally — most issues can be fixed faster than a filing.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Union County, New Jersey, or the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and you and we each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This does not deprive you of any protection or forum you are entitled to under the consumer-protection laws of your place of residence where those laws say they cannot be waived.
